POSTURE

POSTURE
We never sit with our legs crossed as this is bad for health and very unrefined
We do not fold our arms in front.
We do not slouch when sitting or standing.
We always sit with spine straight
We do not bite our finger nails
We do not lean head or arms or hands as we are not alert when doing this
We never switch, stroll, or bob up and down when walking.
We walk erect with shoulders pulled back, buttocks tucked in, slightly tilted, forward moving quickly, quietly, gracefully and with dignity.
We always stand on two feet
We never put hands on hips
We try to keep our hands away from our face and hair or headpiece (when wearing)
When walking up or down stairs, we gently lift the hem of our garment
When standing, have hands gently at side
When sitting, make sure the fold of your skirt is completely over as not to show the pants.
When sitting, keep both legs together as it looks more dignified.
When sitting, fold hands in lap.
All of your body positions and movements should reflect you finest qualities and highest morals in a way that demands respect from everyone. This is civilized.
